Scott Dube

President

Principal Owner Scott Dube formed Dube Design & Construction, Inc., in 1996. Prior to forming his business, he gained experience in the industry both in Washington State and at home in Maine.

After graduating from Thornton Academy, he earned an Associate's Degree in Building Construction from Southern Maine Technical College. While at SMTC, he earned the Dean of Students Award for academic achievement. Here at Dube Design & Construction, we strongly believe in continuing education as well as keeping up to date with the latest technology. That is why we continue to advance our own knowledge of trends in the construction and contracting industry. Recently, we have attended the Journal of Light Construction Live in Providence, Rhode Island, and the International Builders Show sponsored by the National Home Builders Association.

Scott has also had extensive training in Chief Architect, a Professional Design & Drafting Software.

Sheila A. Dube

Treasurer

Sheila Dube, Treasurer of Dube Design & Construction, Inc. is also a graduate of Thornton Academy. Following graduation from TA, Sheila earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Court and Conference Reporting from Husson University in Bangor, Maine, graduating with Valedictorian honors. With the formation of Dube Design & Construction, Inc., Sheila left the court reporting profession to pursue a real estate license and is a graduate of the Arthur Gary School of Real Estate.

Sheila comes from a family of local builders and her father is a retired local developer. Being the youngest of 5 children and growing up around the construction industry all her life, Sheila brings a wealth of knowledge to the company along with a woman's perspective. Construction, Real Estate, and design is a job she loves and continues to work in today, along with being a mom to two amazing daughters.
